A way of life, elegance and attractive countryside characterize the features of this property in Provence. Location is an ideal base from where to explore the great many tourist sites in the vicinity: Avignon, the Alpilles and the Luberon are very close. In addition to its ideal setting, Noves is a pleasant place to stay and it retains many remnants of its medieval heritage, such as the ramparts and gates, the belfry above the Porte de l’Horloge, the church of Saint-Baudile... The castle esplanade offers beautiful views of the whole village. During the warm months a number of traditional Provençal events are organized in the village: abrivados, fête de la Saint Eloi, competitions between manades…
The main house has seven rooms. A basin style pool in the middle of one of the gardens is embellished with a small house, an ideal reading-room for having a rest. There is a Marseille style cottage with barbecue. The great pool area includes a heated swimming pool 14 meters x 5 meters with a very pleasant pool house. There are numerous other hidden spaces, many different places with different styles for you to relax in.

The main house is a 18th-century-style 'bastide' of about 550 sqm
of living space spread on three floors.
The hallway goes through to a brand new kitchen. The adjoining
dining room with fireplace is a cozy room with a circular oak dining
table large enough to seat 10 people and the perfect setting for
cooler nights when want to enjoy eating inside.
Next to the dining room is an informal sitting room with large
comfortable sofas and air conditioning. The sitting room is split level
with stairs leading up to a snug and children's reading area. As well
as a large selection of children books. There is also a trunk
containing toys and games. Under the stairs is an inbuilt wooden
desk with wireless printer.
All the ground floor rooms also benefit from state of the art SONOS
music system which can be easily used from any android or
smartphone. Throughout the house there is a wireless internet.
A living-room with a fireplace, Piano (Design) and a shaded terrace
overlooking one of the gardens in the west and over the big garden
in the south, large library with numerous beautiful books about
gardens and Provence. There is a bar at guest's disposal.
A beautiful kitchen which is fully equipped (American fridge, freezer,
ice maker, La Cornue professional cooker with 2 ovens, dish
washer, micro wave, wine cupboard, food processor, toaster, mixer,
regular coffee machine, juicer, babycook, Nespresso machine).
A TV room with a large flat screen TV (85 inch 4K HD flat screen
television with French television channels, English satellite
channels and Netflix), DVD, A/C.

The large plane trees in the front of the house provide shade and
cooling to the thick walls of this beautiful old house. Under these
plane trees there is a large area for lunch and dinner that nicely
overlooks the main garden.

All the ground floor opens out into a stunning terrace that overlooks
the formal gardens. There is a large marble table on the terrace
that is perfectly situated for dining outside as can eat admiring the
beauty of the gardens whilst the magnificent plane trees provide
much needed shade in the warmer months. The drawing room
opens both onto the terrace and also the Italian Garden at the side
of the house.
There is also a smaller outdoor dining table here for nights where it
is possible to admire a different view.
The” African Garden”, a separate part of the property, this garden is
a total change of scenery: a beautiful heated pool with electric
rolling cover (15 m x 5 m, depth 2 m), accessed by gently sloping
stairs; an African hut style covered area, with double en-suite
bedroom, a small kitchen (microwave, small fridge, cook top,
Nespresso machine, Weber BBQ).
There are 8 sun beds and 1 umbrella.
Then is a collection of small gardens including:
The “Barraca”: a lodge is able to offer a further double en-suite
bedroom, wood burning stove, many books, small basin style pool
(4m x 4m, not heated but alarmed), deck chairs and loungers;
climbing vines and scented jasmine add to the atmosphere.

Most bucolic is "la Piccola" with a Marseilles style cabin with BBQ,
sink, dishwasher, toilet. Nearby, there is a topiary formed into the
shape of ‘Piccolo’ the donkey who lived here in the past.
